BlackBerry:

For any issues regarding connectivity, including the error "An error occurred while checking the Web..." please see the BlackBerry APN page.

If you received and error when trying to save "Account" or "Settings" information via their respective menus, please try the following:

During installation and/or first use of the application the device may have asked you to set various security permissions. Always choose "Allow". To do this manually on your BlackBerry, please go to "Settings -> Options -> Advanced Options -> Applications". In this screen, select "CyberSynchsBB", then press the Menu key which brings up an option called "Edit Permissions". Select that, and change everything in the "User Data" section to "Allow".

Symbian:

To do this manually, please go to "Menu -> Settings -> App. Manager -> Installed Apps." then select "CyberSynchsMobile". In the screen that appears, set all the available options to "Always Allowed".
